EFML Agreement

Please complete the following agreement form for your ministry affiliation.

NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP

I understand and agree that:

✔ EFML is a fellowship and alignment network , not a governing authority over my

ministry

✔ My participation is voluntary

✔ I remain legally and operationally independent

ALIGNMENT COMMITMENT

By entering this agreement, I commit to:

● Walking in integrity and Christ-like character

● Maintaining doctrinal soundness centered on Jesus Christ

● Remaining in relational alignment and communication with EFML

● Representing EFML with honor and accountability

DOCTRINAL AGREEMENT

I affirm:

✔ Jesus Christ is Lord

✔ Salvation is by grace through faith

✔ The authority of Scripture

✔ Union with Christ (Christ in the believer)

I agree not to promote teachings that are contrary to these foundational truths while representing EFML.

ACCOUNTABILITY & CONDUCT

I agree to:

● Remain open to correction, counsel, and guidance

● Maintain moral integrity and ethical conduct

● Avoid divisiveness, manipulation, or harmful behavior

● Uphold a Christ-centered witness publicly and privately

INDEPENDENCE & LIMITATION

I understand and agree that:

● My ministry operates as a separate legal entity or individual work

● EFML is not liable for my actions, decisions, or ministry operations

● I may not enter contracts or obligations on behalf of EFML

● This relationship does not constitute employment, partnership, or agency

FINANCIAL UNDERSTANDING & LICENSURE RENEWAL

EFML is not financially driven; however, to maintain organizational stability, accountability, and support systems , an annual licensure renewal contribution is required.

ANNUAL RENEWAL CONTRIBUTION

Please select applicable categories:

☐ Ministers / Leaders — $50 annually

☐ Elders/Leaders — $75 annually

☐ Senior Leaders — $100 annually

☐ Ministries / Churches / Para Ministries — $150 annually

PURPOSE OF FUNDS

I understand that these funds are used solely for:

✔ Administrative operations (record keeping, compliance, licensing systems)

✔ Ministerial credentialing and certification management

✔ Leadership support and communication systems

✔ Fellowship gatherings and development resources

✔ Infrastructure needed to sustain EFML operations

These funds are not for profit , but for stability, structure,
